You have 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to explore your digital collection. If you decide that Golden Era Magazines isn't right for you, you may request a full refund within this period.

How to Request Your Refund

You are not required to provide a reason for your request, although your feedback is always appreciated and helps us improve our products and customer experience.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, it will normally be processed within 1–3 business days.

Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time for the refunded amount to appear on your statement.

Requests submitted after the 7-day guarantee period may be reviewed individually and are not guaranteed to be approved.
